Our adult self defence and beginner’s classes will teach you how to manage different situations and attacks to protect both yourself family and friends, using various techniques. The class will also empower you and highlight different skills that self defence and martial arts bring. We also help empower you to not only look after yourself family and friends but also increase your confidence levels to help promote your work style and output in the work environment.
