Little ninjas self defence and life skills
Age 4 to 7 years
Our Little ninjas class encompass many valuable skills that our younger generation will need throughout these particularly important informative years. Such as valuable self defence skills how to adapt and control various situations they may encounter both in school and outside. The class also has a huge emphasis on various life skills, such as what to do in an emergency, first aid including CPR ,confidence building, body language, public speaking, what to do in different situations and how to make an important first impression when meeting new people whilst having fun.

Junior self defence and life skills class Age 7 to 16 year olds
Our junior self defence class teaches everything our younger generation will need to protect themselves and grow throughout the junior years. The class involves valuable self defence techniques, including how to deal with bullies escape from knife attacks on how to manage oneself in various situations they may encounter throughout their junior and young teenager periods. The class also has a huge emphasis on various life skills, such as confidence building, first aid, CPR,body language, public speaking, interview techniques, what to do in different situations also how to make an important first impression when meeting new people.
Many of all former students have gone on to achieve many amazing things in their lives such as climbing Mount Everest, sailing round the world in the Clipper race, many have also gone on to become managing directors of their own successful companies. We have also had people who have become doctors and paramedics, one being the only person in the world to have performed open heart surgery outside on the street. Many of our students have also succeeded in sporting careers such as the England youth athletics team, one of our students was also voted the Man of Steel for his rugby club Swinton lions.

Adult self defence and life skills class Age 16 upwards
Our adult self defence and beginner’s classes will teach you how to manage different situations and attacks to protect both yourself family and friends, using valuable self defence techniques. The class will also empower you and highlight different skills that self defence and martial arts bring., plus we teach you first aid, CPR, including how to use a defibrillator, build your confidence, public speaking, body language training and a lot more besides. We also help empower you to not only look after yourself family and friends but also increase your confidence levels to help promote your work style and output in the work environment.
Private and group lessons at home
We also offer a range of private and group sessions at home. With the ongoing pressures of people's working lives today a lot of people contact us for private at home self defence lessons we can offer single sessions or group sessions which offer a substantial block discount, these can be done for individuals groups of people or families in the comfort of their own homes.
